ABOUT ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS MATTER

OUR APPROACH

AIM works at the intersection of social science and advanced data analytics to better understand the human experience.

We amplify the impact of organizations addressing the most pressing human and social issues of our times, by first understanding what deeply motivates human behavior and then presenting strategies designed to work at the true heart of change.

We’re passionate collaborators and guides, here to expand upon your capabilities for determining where and how to deploy resources to equitably improve communities, workplaces and lives in ways that really matter.

AIM is a small consultancy, able to affordably scale to match the objectives of large and medium-sized projects. We stand poised with a robust professional network of trusted partners who we call upon as needed, spanning creative, media, transcreation, and racial equity, diversity and inclusion expertise.

GETTING TO THE HEART

“Working at the heart of change is built on earning the trust of our clients and partners.”

Randy Law, AIM CEO

Getting to the heart of difficult problems requires a willingness to ask and face tough questions, together. And sometimes, to have difficult, candid, conversations if we are to improve urgently needed outcomes.

Without this we simply cannot achieve the breakthroughs necessary for realizing and implementing what will lead to measurable change. AIM values and works to cultivate honest, productive, and respectful communication where all perspectives are actively sought and encouraged.

WALKING OUR TALK

When Randy and Irene designed AIM, they did so to bring their values, vision, experience, and talents into full alignment with their professional work. AIM is a natural extension of who they are and how they live.

AIM’s founders actively seek out opportunities to contribute their time, talent and treasure to advance environmental and human health.

In the spirit of paying it forward, organizations benefiting from AIM’s recent expertise include Littleton Adventist Hospital in Littleton Colorado, Resource Central’s board of directors in Boulder, Colorado, the Turkey Rock Neighborhood Association in Woodland Park Colorado, The City of Denver Colorado, and the many colleagues from across the country who call upon AIM’s trusted expertise.
