Meet the Founders
Randy Law, PhD PMP
CEO and Principal Consultant
Randy has enjoyed a professional career involving over two decades of business, consulting and analytics experience. Prior to co-founding AIM, he was most recently Vice President of Analytics & Insights at Market Force, an industry recognized Customer Experience Management firm based in Louisville CO. While at Market Force, Randy was hands-on in delivering analytics and consulting services to marquis clients such as Hilton Hotels, Travelodge UK, Five Guys Burgers, Smashburger, Raising Cane’s, Arby’s, Safeway, Publix, Phillips 66, British Petroleum, BigLots!, Ace Hardware and the Signet Group (Kay, Jared and Zales brands). Randy has a PhD in Personality and Social Psychology (emphasis in Quantitative Methods) from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute for over 15 years.
Irene Pérez Law, MPA
Irene’s career spans a variety of roles involving executive management responsibilities in operations, finance, human resources and contract management. Irene has worked for the State of Colorado in various finance and grant management roles and has extensive experience in nonprofit management having worked for American Solar Energy Society and Habitat for Humanity of Colorado. She has also served on various nonprofit boards including serving as treasurer for the Colorado Chapter of Amigos de las Americas. Irene earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Princeton University and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas, Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. In April 2019, Irene earned a Certificate in Social Responsibility from the Center for Ethics on Social Responsibility (CESR) of the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.
